HFStival Local Stage Preview – Jah Works

Jah Works

A reggae influenced blend with local roots, Jah Works returns to the local stage.

Jah Works was one of the last bands to play the local stage in 2006 and the well-traveled, well-versed, and well-worn Baltimore fave is looking forward to a summertime tradition on Sept 18. Kevin Gorman called in and talked about what seems to be a tradition, booking multiple gigs on the same day, local punk rock’s influence on this reggae roots band, and why he missed the gig to play the Inauguration in 2009.
