Florence + The Machine has claimed the top spot on the iTunes chart with the Calvin Harris remix of their latest single, “Spectrum (Say My Name).” Frontwoman Florence Welch and the DJ/producer both Tweeted their excitement for the track’s journey to the top throughout the day, with the song hitting number one earlier this afternoon.

The band first premiered the track in May on Britain’s BBC Radio 1, combining their English indie rock with Harris’ hit-making flair. The producer is best known for his top 40 tracks like “Feel So Close” and Rihanna’s “We Found Love.”
The original version of “Spectrum (Say My Name)” is from Florence + The Machine’s latest full-length, Ceremonials, with an official video directed by David LaChapelle.
