Tonight’s HFS Locals Only Spotlight features a progressive rock band from Baltimore named Migration Of The Herd.
The band’s origin dates back to the autumn of 2008, when Wesley Satterfield (guitars, background vocals), Bill Cox (bass), and Zach Comes (drums) met, fittingly, in a music theory class. They soon completed the lineup with guitarist/vocalist Carl Hengen and began making the rounds of the area’s local rock venues. They recently completed their debut album; while the finishing touches are being applied, they are writing yet more material, playing yet more shows, and breaking in new bassist Ryan Pilius.
Like what you hear? Keep up with Migration Of The Herd on Facebook and on Twitter…and as always, if you’ve got a local band you’d like us to feature on the HFS Locals Only Spotlight one of these weeknights–now at 8 PM—here’s how to get your stuff to us.
