Australian brothers Keith and Michael Jeffery of Atlas Genius have released a new cover, this time of Daft Punk‘s “Get Lucky.” The duo recorded the acoustic version of the chart-topping track during a live radio session at The Netherlands’ Giel FM3.

Taking on Pharrell Williams’ vocal duties on the track, Keith Jeffrey gives an almost Thom Yorke-like performance.

As the band tours their increasingly popular debut album, When It Was Now with its Alt-Rock break-out hits “Trojans” and follow-up single “If So,” they have entertained themselves during various radio interviews with a few covers including “Islands” from The xx.

Ironically, as Atlas Genius are performing other artists’ songs, their own material is being covered by bands such as Los Angeles’ Blondefire, who recently put their own twist on “Trojans.”

Atlas Genius will join The Black Keys, Thirty Seconds To Mars, Silversun Pickups and many more at KROQ’s Weenie Roast Saturday May 18. If you can’t make it to L.A. you can watch the webcast from your couch starting at noon PT.

When It Was Now is available now on Warner Bros. Records.
