Lana Del Rey
Coachella’s got a woman problem. We got the answer.
The slinky, breathy ode to a boy and the western seaboard of the United States, the song stays in Del Rey’s melancholic lane. Is it, as she claimed of her new album, “so dark it’s almost unlistenable”? No, not in the slightest.
Day 3 was all about rule breaking for Arcade Fire and Beck, while Lana Del Rey took it as an opportunity to debut her new single.
With her new song, “Meet Me In The Pale Moonlight,” Lana Del Rey is playing the girl of your dreams, making it known she’ll be your one-time baby, your little dairy queen. All for one little kiss.
The ”Ride” singer will perform at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater in May.
“Me and Dan Auerbach are excited to present you Ultraviolence,” Lana tweeted along with a photo of her sitting on Auerbach’s lap.
Lana Del Rey seems to be keeping the leakers at bay by spilling the beans about her new album on her own terms.
