Nine Inch Nails
On March 8, 1994, both Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden released their seminal albums. Now, 20 years later, the two are sharing the bill for the very first time for a summer-long tour.
On onstage rant by the band’s frontman has inspired a comedic new Twitter account which allows him to direct his ire at any number of random objects, including tables and magnets.
“I’m sorry he was upset,” GRAMMY Executive Producer Ken Ehrlich said. “I was really thrilled that we were finally getting him on the Grammys.
‘Oh, damn. Is Trent Reznor pissed at the Dubs?’”
GRAMMY viewers only got a tiny taste of music’s biggest night’s final act featuring Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age, Lindsey Buckingham and Dave Grohol, and Trent Reznor is none too happy about it.
Ross and Reznor have also worked together as members of the band How to Destroy Angels, which features Reznor’s wife, Mariqueen Maandig.
It will be the first-ever Grammy telecast performance for Nine Inch Nails and QOTSA.
